Manager, you will guide Ancient Cedars Spa while supporting personalized guest experiences. The position combines human resources, budgeting, health and safety, and hands-on service. You will help maintain standards recognized by Relais & Châteaux, Forbes, AAA, and Michelin Key.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure personalized guest service meets recognized luxury standards Lead Ancient Cedars Spa team members by example Administer scheduling, payroll, hiring, and performance management Monitor the annual budget and retail program Maintain cleanliness, equipment, safety, and smooth operations Requirements: Minimum four years' management experience in luxury facilities Superior human resources and communication skills Solid organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and cost management Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and shift work Bring luxury hospitality leadership, financial knowledge, and guest service expertise to Ancient Cedars Spa on Vancouver Island.
