Musashi Auto Parts Canada Inc. in Arthur, Ontario is hiring a Machine Builder Associate.

The Machine Builder

Associate is responsible for the assembly and wiring of automation projects. Automation ranges from assembly machines, CNC loading devices, press machines, transfer equipment, and in-feed/out-feed stations.Reports to: Team Leader Technical, Senior Manager Technical

Qualifications: Licensed Machine Tool Integrator OR Mechanical Engineering Technician Company Standards: Uphold company policies

Follow all safety procedures & instructions

Actively involved in company and department goals

Follow Musashi’s “5’s” principles, quality, environmental, and health & safety systems

Interact with all Musashi working peers in a respectful and pleasant manner Job Responsibilities: Machine and fabricate parts

Assemble parts and components

Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo components

Wire electrical and control panels





Install sensors and electromechanical devices

Test and commission new automation in preparation for mass production

Attend annual health and safety training including (but not limited to) WHMIS, and Lockout Tag-out

Able to read drawings such as mechanical, electrical, etc.

Personal Skills: Exceptional people skills and interpersonal communication skills

Self-motivated and well organized

Able to multitask

Works well alone or as a team

Adaptable with good time management
