This Software Engineer opportunity spans Asana’s growing AI organization and multiple core teams. You may contribute to infrastructure, trust, evaluation, observability, or product surfaces for AI-orchestrated workflows. Key Responsibilities
Own small-to-medium features and services end to end
Evaluate latency, cost, and reliability trade-offs
Maintain Areas of Responsibility and monitor production systems
Break specifications into milestones and technical estimates
Remediate technical debt and advocate for code quality
Requirements
Two or more years of professional software engineering experience
Production experience with up-to-date distributed architectures
Command of software design fundamentals and testing practices
Experience or curiosity with prompt pipelines and agentic frameworks
