Overview The Maintenance/Cleaner supports a clean, orderly, and well-maintained environment through routine cleaning and practical facilities maintenance. This hands-on role combines cleaning tasks with attention to maintenance needs, helping keep shared spaces ready for everyday use.

Duties

- Clean floors, surfaces, fixtures, and shared areas using appropriate methods and supplies.
- Complete routine facilities maintenance tasks and report issues that need further attention.
- Check assigned areas, keep cleaning materials organized, and follow safe work practices.
- Coordinate with colleagues to prioritize tasks and communicate maintenance concerns.
- Your impact: Consistent cleaning and timely reporting help colleagues use clean, functional spaces.

Experience Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to complete routine maintenance tasks carefully and reliably. Transparent communication and sound organization help you manage assigned work and report issues effectively.

Preferred: Experience with commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or related maintenance work is beneficial, along with familiarity with common cleaning methods and basic upkeep of shared spaces. A dependable, team-oriented approach supports smooth coordination and consistent results across daily tasks.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
