Job Summary

Coronation Recognition Group has a unique opportunity for a well rounded practical, hands-on person to keep our equipment, warehouse, and production areas organized and running smoothly.

Our 14,000-square-foot facility supports approximately 50 staff across three divisions: awards and recognition, ribbons, and signage and print. This is a working maintenance and warehouse role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting machinery, fixing things, and taking ownership of a busy facility.

A millwright background is preferred, but strong mechanical skills and relevant hands-on experience are equally valuable. Training on our specialized equipment is available.

Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance

- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment across all three divisions.
- Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Work on a mix of newer and older equipment, including Ludlow machines, hot stamp machines, and commercial staplers.
- Coordinate repairs, service visits, and parts orders.
- Act as the main point of contact for outsourced maintenance providers and trades.
- Keep maintenance records and identify recurring issues before they interrupt production.





Warehouse & Facility Organization

- Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, safe, and functional.
- Organize tools, maintenance supplies, spare parts, and storage areas.
- Keep aisles, work areas, and access points clear.
- Complete routine handyman jobs and minor facility repairs.
- Work with production teams to improve workspace organization and equipment reliability.

Signage Installation & Safety

- Assist with basic signage installations at customer locations.
- Use tools, ladders, and equipment safely.
- Help identify and address facility safety concerns.
- Support health and safety planning, inspections, and improvements. Previous experience in this area is a bonus.

Facility Cleaning & Housekeeping: Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping throughout the warehouse, offices and production areas. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
