Lead installations, upgrades, commissioning, budgets, and team development

Requirements

DEC in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automation, or equivalent experience

Five-plus years of industrial maintenance experience, including team leadership

Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of PLCs, preventive maintenance, CMMS, and root-cause analysis

Bilingual French and English communication with availability outside regular hours
