ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This is a construction responsibility test

Administration

- Analyze client needs

Health Care

- Assist in evaluating and adjusting therapeutic nursing plans (TNPs) for residents requiring special clinical care

Finance

- Prepare the annual maintenance budget and ensure its productive implementation

Construction

- Make service calls

- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Human Resources

- Attend strategic committees headed by regional directors, general directors and responsible for the health services of the private seniors' residences concerned

- Supervise,



hire and evaluate personnel to ensure sufficient numbers of qualified and competent personnel

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Flexibility for the work schedule

- Good team player
- A good working knowledge of sales techniques
- An understanding of buisness plans and practices and financial balance sheets
