This hands-on role focuses on improving Canadian employment law compliance, workforce safety, employee relations, and manual record-keeping on the shop floor. You will bridge the gap between hourly workers and management, coach supervisors, and drive retention in a highly manual setting, coordinating with payroll and benefits
