Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Dental Clinic Marketing
Maxilla Dental Group, a growing dental organization with 10 locations across the GTA, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Dental Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives on a project basis.
This is not a full-time position. The successful candidate will work on specific marketing projects with flexible scheduling and a combination of remote and on-site work.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in dental clinic marketing who understands how to attract new patients, improve online visibility, and deliver measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on new patient acquisition.
- Assist with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram advertising.
- Manage social media content and promotional campaigns.
- Improve Google Business Profiles and local SEO visibility.
- Design marketing materials, flyers, and digital advertisements.
- Coordinate community marketing initiatives and local business partnerships.
- Support marketing projects across multiple dental clinic locations.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, patient conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Provide project updates and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of direct dental clinic marketing experience (mandatory).
- Proven experience generating new patients through marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience with digital content creation, and local SEO for website.
- Familiarity with the GTA dental market.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Details
