Job Overview The Marketing Specialist plans and delivers digital marketing activities that strengthen brand visibility, attract relevant audiences, and support business goals. This role combines content, campaign execution, and performance analysis across e-commerce and digital channels. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to keep messaging consistent and turn campaign insights into useful next steps.

Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising.
- Improve website visibility through SEO, keyword research, and updates to WordPress content and e-commerce pages.
- Create and adapt campaign visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, applying graphic design principles.
- Track results with Google Analytics and analytics tools; use SQL, HTML, CSS,



or JavaScript to support reporting and website improvements.
- Your impact: Explicit reporting helps colleagues focus campaigns on the audiences and content performing best.

Skills

Required: Practical digital marketing capabilities, clear written communication, organized campaign coordination, and the ability to review performance data and apply findings to ongoing work. Preferred: Experience with e-commerce, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, Google Analytics, WordPress, graphic design, Adobe tools, or web technologies can help you contribute across campaigns and channels.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44.0 per week
