Job Summary The Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) provides professional massage therapy and body treatments in an outpatient clinical setting. You will assess, treat, educate, and support patients using evidence-informed techniques while maintaining excellent clinical documentation and patient experience. You’ll have the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a full administrative and leadership team behind you.

Major Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and College standards
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain detailed health histories
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and recommend appropriate treatment frequency
- Educate clients on the advantages of massage therapy specific to their needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient charts (JaneApp)
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms
- Contribute positively to team culture, staff meetings, promotions, and clinic initiatives
- Participate in marketing and community engagement efforts as desired

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)

- Team-oriented and adaptable
- JaneApp experience is an asset
