Currently seeking 4 detail-oriented professionals for an exciting 3-month contract opportunity with one of our clients in standards and certification industry !

This project will involve supporting a large-scale product data and branding update, working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.

Position Details:

- Duration: 3 months
- Start Date: Mid-November 2026
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
- Pay rate: Flexible within reason

Key Responsibilities:

- Update product branding and logo related information across approximately 5,500 products.
- Maintain and validate product information and master data within Salesforce and SAP.
- Complete high-volume data entry while ensuring accuracy, completeness,



and consistency.
- Review records, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
- Follow established project guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous 4+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or master data maintenance.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently with repetitive, high-volume tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- French bilingualism is considered an asset.
