Children's Autism Services of Edmonton (CASE) is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 and Power Platform professional to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of a centralized Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution. This contract opportunity will support digital transformation by improving client information management, reporting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.

Contract Details

Position: Master CRM & SharePoint Development Specialist

Term: 12 Months

Schedule: 3 Days per Week (22.5 Hours/Week)

Location: Hybrid or Remote within Canada

Reports To: Director of Capital Projects

Project Overview The project will establish a Master Client Record, improve reporting, reduce duplicate data entry, automate workflows, strengthen governance, and support future growth using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI.

What You’ll Do

- Assess the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment.
- Review workflows and reporting requirements.
- Design and implement a CRM solution.
- Configure forms, automation, security, and integrations.
- Develop dashboards, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint experience.
- Experience implementing CRM or case management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI.
- Robust business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.




- Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check /Intervention Record Check Required
