Continuous improvement and engineering process optimization initiatives Insight Global is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join an expanding team in a leading custom automation and capital equipment manufacturer.
This individual will play a key leadership role in driving complex automation projects from concept through commissioning, serving as the technical authority for mechanical design while collaborating closely with project managers, applications engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering leader with extensive experience designing custom automation equipment, leading technical teams, and delivering projects through FAT/SAT acceptance. They will be responsible for mechanical design execution, risk management, customer engagement, technical decision-making, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
