Receptionist | Ottawa, ON Are you organized, personable, and passionate about creating a excellent patient experience? Kent Chiro-Med Wellness Clinic is looking for a friendly and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our growing team! ? Location: Ottawa, ON ? Position: Part-Time | 25–30 hours per week What you'll be doing: Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations Scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries Processing insurance claims and direct billing Assisting with WSIB claims and healthcare billing Using ClinicMaster for daily clinic operations What we're looking for: Strong communication and organizational skills A positive attitude and excellent customer service Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset ClinicMaster experience is strongly preferred Familiarity with direct billing and WSIB is a plus ✨ Training will be provided!
