Kent Chiro-Med Wellness Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and help create a positive experience for every patient.

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional environment.
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and front-desk operations.
- Process insurance claims and direct billing.
- Assist with WSIB claims and healthcare billing.
- Use ClinicMaster to manage patient information and bookings.
- Support our healthcare team with daily administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting.
- A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.




- Previous medical reception experience is an asset.
- ClinicMaster experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance billing and WSIB is a plus!
