The Opportunity

As RG Spa continues to grow and expand its medical esthetics and wellness offerings, we are looking for an energetic, experienced and hands-on Medical Spa & Wellness Manager to help lead our next chapter.

Our services include advanced skin treatments such as HydraFacial, SkinPen Microneedling and medical-grade facials, Emsella pelvic health treatments, registered massage therapy, lymphatic drainage body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting and more. We offer premium professional product lines including 111SKIN, iS Clinical, Yon-Ka, GM Collins and Jane Iredale.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the spa and wellness industry and understands that running a successful spa involves much more than managing a schedule. It's about building a great team, creating memorable client experiences, maintaining high standards, growing revenue and making sure all the moving parts come together seamlessly.

You will work closely with ownership and lead a talented team of estheticians, medical estheticians and Registered Massage Therapists. You'll be involved in the day-to-day operations from the business management side, to retail, to services, while you support and develop your staff, identify opportunities for growth and help bring new ideas and services to life.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, motivate and support our team of estheticians, medical estheticians and Registered Massage Therapists.
- Create a positive, fun and supportive workplace where people feel appreciated,



enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they do.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training and mentorship while helping team members develop their skills and reach their professional goals.
- Lead by example, remain visible and accessible, and be willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.

Daily Operations & Client Experience

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring appointments, scheduling, client flow and administrative processes run smoothly.
- Make sure every client receives the exceptional RG Spa experience, from their first phone call or online inquiry to their treatment and follow-up, including party bookings.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, professionalism and service throughout the spa.
- Work with the team to resolve client concerns, answer questions and ensure clients feel heard, respected and valued.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, retail displays, product sales and clinic supplies.
- Maintain organized workflows, policies, procedures and documentation.
- Support appropriate privacy practices, confidentiality and operational requirements for medical esthetics and wellness services.

Business Development & Growth

- Monitor bookings, revenue, retail sales, client retention and overall business performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase bookings, grow retail sales and strengthen client relationships.
- Help develop and implement strategies to promote services, packages, products and seasonal offerings.
- Work with ownership to introduce new services, treatments, technologies and business initiatives.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable, skilled and enthusiastic about the products and services we offer.
- Help create an environment where clients are excited to return and recommend RG Spa to others.

Marketing, Events & Community Engagement

- Plan, coordinate and participate in spa open houses, promotional events, special experiences and community initiatives.
- Attend Royal Glenora Club events as needed to promote RG Spa, its services and products and build relationships within the club community.
- Help create opportunities to showcase our treatments, educate potential clients and introduce new people to the RG Spa experience.
- Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our marketing, promotions and community presence.

Qualifications We're Looking For





- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a medical spa, esthetics clinic, wellness clinic, massage clinic, healthcare setting or a closely related service industry is strongly recommended.
- A strong understanding of spa, beauty, medical esthetics or wellness services and a genuine interest in the industry.
- Familiarity with advanced treatments such as HydraFacial, SkinPen Microneedling, medical-grade skin care, Emsella or other technology-based wellness services would be an asset.
- The ability to create strong relationships with our vendors and product line representatives.
- Experience managing daily operations, scheduling, inventory, staff performance and business processes, including the use of Phorest.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build, motivate and support a team.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients and staff.
- A business-minded approach, with an understanding of revenue, retail sales, client retention and business growth.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and creating an environment where clients feel welcome, comfortable and cared for.
- A positive, energetic and solutions-oriented attitude. We value people who bring enthusiasm, initiative and a sense of humour to the workplace!
- An understanding of client confidentiality, privacy requirements and appropriate documentation in a healthcare or medical esthetics environment.

What We Offer

- Competitive annual salary of $65,000–70,000, based on experience.
- Additional commission on retail product sales and services.
