Coastal Community Credit Union is seeking a Part time Member Service Representative (MSR) in our Relationship Centre in Nanaimo. This on-site role offers a schedule from 7:30am to 8:30pm with varied shifts and a wage range of CAD 25.54 to CAD 30.19 per hour, under the union agreement.

You will handle financial/non-financial member transactions, inform members about products/services, answer calls, provide access to safety deposit boxes, and balance end-of-day tasks while delivering attentive
