AAA Doors Ltd. is a Calgary-based company supplying doors, frames, and related hardware for residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented team member for a varied position that combines hollow metal door fabrication with estimating and sales. You will help fabricate and prepare products while also reviewing project requirements, preparing quotations, and assisting customers with their commercial door needs.

What You’ll Do

· Review work orders, drawings, specifications, measurements, and customer requirements.

· Measure, cut, drill, bend, grind, weld, and assemble metal doors, frames, and components.

· Weld deadbolt reinforcements and customize components to project requirements.

· Prepare door and glass kits; inspect materials and report damage or shortages.

· Install and adjust doors, frames, hinges, locks, and related hardware at job sites as required.

· Complete material take-offs and prepare estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

· Help customers select suitable doors, frames, and hardware.

· Confirm product details, pricing,



and availability with suppliers and internal teams.

· Follow up on quotations and support orders through to completion.

· Follow safety requirements, wear required PPE, and perform other related duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

· Metal fabrication and MIG welding experience is required.

· Estimating and sales experience in commercial doors, construction, or building products is an asset.

· Ability to read drawings and specifications and work accurately with measurements.

· Hollow metal door, frame, and hardware knowledge is an asset.

· Robust communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

· Valid driver’s licence.

· Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to handle physical work and manage multiple priorities.
