Job Summary
Start-up and testing, Shutdown operations, Troubleshooting, Centering and setting to elevation, Vibration analysis, Alignment, Programmable logic controller (PLC) for the CNC Lathes & Manual Lathes .
Responsibilities and Duties
Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions, Repair or replace defective machinery parts, Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up, Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Installing machinery and equipment, Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, Assembling machinery and equipment (prior to installation)
Qualifications and Skills
EXPERIENCE ON CNC LATHES & MANUAL LATHES REPAIR and ALIKE - Estimate costs and materials, Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Program CNC machine tools.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
