Supervise mining electrical operations at Evolution Mining Red Lake, applying Canadian Electrical Code knowledge across surface crews and equipment maintenance.

This Surface Electrical Supervisor position leads electrical, instrumentation, high-voltage, and telecommunication activities. Based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario, it follows a 7/7 roster with 12-hour days. The work supports safe, productive execution across Red Lake operation complexes while aligning maintenance with production goals.

You will communicate equipment availability, reliability, recurring problems, costs, targets, and key performance indicators. The position works closely with planners, schedulers, reliability engineers, tradespersons, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities: Lead high-voltage, plant electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication crews





Set objectives and manage subordinate performance

Develop and validate maintenance procedures with tradespersons

Perform job task observations and planned inspections

Lead crews toward protected, productive performance and shared goals

Requirements: Demonstrated progressive mining electrical discipline experience

Experience supervising maintenance or operations

Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code

Knowledge of workplace electrical safety under CSA Z462

Knowledge of CSA M421 electricity use in mines

Use mining supervision, electrical safety knowledge, and crew leadership to support productive maintenance at Red Lake.
