The Region Sales Manager develops revenue, market share, and customer relationships across assigned mining territories. You will target hard rock, industrial minerals, and mineral processing opportunities while collaborating with KSB Mining global teams. The position emphasizes strategic selling, key accounts, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and win strategic mining projects and Must-Win Projects
Manage chance funnels, forecasts, reporting, and CRM records
Grow assigned customers and develop selected new customers
Build executive relationships with mining companies and EPCs
Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams across strategic projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mining, or related field
Ten or more years in mining, pumps, or engineered solutions
Success in business development, key accounts, or EPC/OEM sales
Understanding of slurry pumping and mineral processing systems
Willingness to travel significantly across Eastern Canada and globally
Bring mining sales leadership, strategic account management, and project development expertise to KSB Mining’s Eastern Canada growth plans.
