Mish Mish Mezza is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and hands-on knowledge of inventory management, payroll, and staff scheduling.

We are looking for someone who can manage a rapid-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, place orders, and control food waste.
- Handle payroll, track employee hours, and ensure accurate timesheets.
- Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage labour costs.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Monitor food costs, inventory usage, and overall operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling, POS operations, daily sales reports, and closing procedures.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Coordinate with Head Office and provide regular operational updates.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Must have experience with inventory management and stock control.
- Must have experience preparing payroll and managing employee timesheets.
- Strong understanding of food costs, labour costs, and restaurant profitability.
- Experience with employee scheduling, hiring, and training.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in Middle Eastern restaurants is considered an asset.
