Mobile Supervisor – Full-Time

Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Full-time night shift.

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

SMS Security is a mid-sized security and systems company looking for a mobile supervisor to join our mobile patrol and parking enforcement team. This role is on the road across residential and commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You’ll do mobile patrols and parking enforcement, check on our on-site guards, and help keep sites covered. We promote from within and support career growth in the security industry. Responsibilities

- Conduct mobile security patrols and parking enforcement at assigned properties
- Visit guarded sites to evaluate and support in office staff
- Answer the emergency line and respond to issues as they come up
- Find coverage for sick calls and urgent guard service requests
- Cover shifts at client sites when needed
- Handle deliveries and pick-ups between the office and client sites
- Send visitor vehicle registration records to designated sites
- Build good relationships with site supervisors and property managers
- Guide and support other team members
- Report issues to the coordinator when they can’t be resolved in the field
- Operate company vehicles safely and courteously,



and take care of company equipment
- Return all equipment to the office at the end of each shift
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record (required)
- Minimum 3 years of security experience, including at least 1 year in a mobile supervisor role (required)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Certifications preferred: AODA, CPR, Health & Safety, WHMIS
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Schedule flexibility required
