Design network and security infrastructure with NAV CANADA as an Infrastructure Analyst in Ottawa, working hybrid with three onsite days weekly.

This analyst supports complex infrastructure domains across planning, configuration, implementation, and lifecycle activities. You will provide technical guidance for on-premise and externally hosted Network and Security technologies. The work includes infrastructure architecture, automation, testing, documentation, and service-level support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses

Develop infrastructure specifications, standards, and evaluation criteria

Gather requirements and create architecture, designs, and implementation plans

Configure, test, enhance, and implement infrastructure components

Document architectures, processes,



test cases, and scripts

Requirements

Degree in computer, electrical, systems engineering, computer science, or information systems

At least five years of related education and experience, or equivalent

Three years designing, testing, and implementing network security infrastructure projects

Three years of Network and Firewall infrastructure experience

Knowledge of WAN, MAN, LAN, VPN, virtualization, and Firewall technologies

Apply network security, infrastructure lifecycle, and technical documentation expertise while supporting NAV CANADA systems in Ottawa.
