RightKind Care™ is seeking an experienced Overnight Newborn Caregiver to support a family with infant twins in Thornhill, near Bathurst and Clark.

This is not a general nanny position. We are specifically seeking caregivers with hands-on experience caring for newborn babies and very young infants, particularly during their first few months of life.

The family requires support immediately. Shifts are approximately 10 hours overnight, with the potential for additional daytime hours.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive overnight care for newborn twins.
- Assist with feeding, burping, diaper changes, and soothing.
- Follow safe infant sleep practices.
- Monitor and document feeding times, diaper changes, and relevant observations.
- Clean and organize bottles and baby-related supplies.
- Maintain a safe, calm environment while parents rest.
- Communicate clearly with the family and RightKind Care coordination team.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience caring for newborns or very young infants is essential.
- Knowledge of infant feeding, hygiene, soothing, and secure sleep practices.
- Comfortable caring for two infants during overnight shifts.
- Reliable, attentive, punctual, and professional.
- Able to commute reliably to Thornhill.
- Available to begin immediately or on short notice.

Preferred Qualifications

- International nursing education or experience is a strong asset.
- Experience in maternity, postpartum,



neonatal, or newborn care.
- Previous experience caring for twins or multiples.
- Infant CPR and First Aid certification.
- Relevant healthcare or childcare certification.

This is a non-clinical caregiving position. Canadian nursing registration is not required.

Schedule and Compensation

- Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Location: Thornhill, ON (Bathurst & Clark area)
- Shift: Approximately 10 hours overnight
- Employment type: Part-time / Casual
- Start: Immediately
