Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest services, and conducting nightly financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to hospitality, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, addressing calls with appropriate phone etiquette.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Solid customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial.
