Benjamin Hotels is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our growing hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless overnight operation of our hotel while delivering a protected, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience.

Position Overview The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel during overnight hours,

completing daily financial reconciliation, preparing reports, and ensuring guest needs are handled professionally and efficiently.

This role combines accounting accuracy with front desk hospitality.

Typical shifts: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Weekdays and weekends required.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

- Greet late check-ins and assist early departures
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle phone calls, emails, and reservations as needed
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and property
- Conduct occasional property walk-throughs

Night Audit & Reporting
- Complete nightly reconciliation of room, restaurant, spa, and retail revenues
- Verify and balance daily transactions
- Post charges and process payments
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports
- Ensure accuracy within our PMS and POS systems
- Identify and report discrepancies

Operational Oversight




- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for early morning needs
- Prepare the front desk for morning shift transition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support other departments when needed

Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Professional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic accounting or reconciliation experience is an asset
- Comfortable using hotel software systems
- Must be dependable and punctual
