Desired Skills & Experience
- Must have 1–3 years of automotive parts experience, ideally in a high-volume dealership setting.
- Must have hands-on experience using CDK dealership management software for invoicing and tracking.
- Look up OEM parts quickly and accurately using Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and VIN numbers.
- Handle a high volume of incoming wholesale orders via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Answer busy multi-line phones efficiently to provide fast quotes, pricing, and availability to commercial clients.
- Greet and assist walk-in wholesale customers and fleet buyers with minimal wait times.
- Organize parts deliveries and coordinate dispatch times with local hot-shot drivers.
- Process customer returns and core credits accurately while verifying original invoices.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to pull parts, restock shelves, and maintain an organized inventory.
- Handle daily cash, credit, and charge account transactions securely through the POS system.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
