At Sensory Solutions, we’re a passionate, multi-practitioner OT team serving clients across the greater Edmonton area and beyond. Our mission is to support the growth and well-being of individuals by partnering with schools and communities in northern and central Alberta. As our team and service offerings continue to expand, we’re looking for a flexible, innovative OT who enjoys both independence and collaboration — and doesn’t mind a bit of travel — to join us in November 2026.

Adult Education Occupational Therapist (Subcontracted 0.3-0.4 FTE)

Support adult learners in rural communities with a focus on attention, executive functioning, organization, sensory processing, stress management, physical functioning & mental wellness:

- Part-time contract: 5 days/month (school year), includes overnight rural travel (team travel coordinated).
- Compensation: Clinical rate starting at $85.00/hour+ (depending on qualifications & experience), plus paid travel time, mileage, accommodations, and meals.
- Support structure: Work in tandem with the Lead OT in a collaborative, supportive workplace.

General Requirements:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in education settings & providing all three tiers of support (individualized, small group & program-wide consults/PD)
- Familiar with working in partnership with Indigenous communities
- Follow the lead of our service partners




- Capable of establishing trusting relationships & maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- ACOT License, Individual Professional Liability Insurance, Driver’s License & access to a vehicle
