Bay King Chrysler is looking for an organized, customer-focused team member to manage MoparPartsCanada.ca and support our dealership’s parts department. This hands-on role combines online store management with in-store parts sales, customer service, and daily parts operations.

What you’ll do

- Manage MoparPartsCanada.ca orders from purchase through shipping and follow-up.
- Help online and in-store customers find the correct parts and accessories.
- Answer phone, email, and website inquiries about pricing, availability, and vehicle fitment.
- Support the Bay King Chrysler parts counter, assisting retail customers, technicians, and dealership staff.
- Maintain accurate website listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate order picking, packaging, shipping, returns, and customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities to grow online and in-store parts and accessory sales.




- Help improve customer satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.

What we’re looking for

- Automotive parts experience; Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Mopar knowledge is a strong asset.
- Experience with online sales, e-commerce platforms, or website administration is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Confidence using computers, parts catalogues, and inventory systems.
- A team player who can balance online orders with the needs of a busy dealership parts department.
