ProSoils is seeking a motivated, hands-on Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Rose Valley location. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys leading people, organizing workflow, solving problems, and working alongside a team in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead Daily Operations
- Be a Hands-On Leader
- Manage Equipment, Facilities & Inventory
- Champion Safety & Compliance
- Build and Support the Team

What We're Looking For

- Experience in agricultural operations, logistics, warehousing, fertilizer handling, or a related field.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.




- Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience are considered assets.
- Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions throughout the year.
- Ability to safely perform physical labor, including lifting, loading, and operating equipment.
- Willingness to work extended seasonal hours during spring and fall peak periods.

Training & Development At ProSoils we invest in our people. Training will be provided for:

- NH3 Handling and Safety
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
- Equipment Operation and Safety Procedures
- Company Operational Processes and Systems

Pay: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
