Required Skills & Experience:

- Senior Oracle Fusion Procurement functional implementation experience.
- Deep hands-on configuration experience in at least 2–3 of the following:

○ Sourcing

○ Procurement Contracts

○ Supplier Portal

○ Supplier Qualification Management

- Multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
- Ability to lead functional configuration, not simply manage the workstream.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement/P2P processes.
- Experience leading requirements workshops and solution-design sessions.
- Robust experience across SIT/UAT, data conversion and go-live/cutover activities.
- Excellent client-facing communication.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

- Oracle Cloud Procurement certification.
- Public-sector implementation experience.
- EBS-to-Fusion transformation experience.
- Broader Procurement experience including Purchasing/Self-Service Procurement.
- Experience with integrations, FBDI, OTBI/BI Publisher or OIC.

Insight Global is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Lead to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation. The consultant will own functional solution design and configuration across Oracle Fusion Procurement, specifically Sourcing, Procurement Contracts and Supplier Portal,



working directly with client procurement stakeholders and the broader Oracle implementation team.

This role will be mostly remote, candidates must work in EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration for Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Lead configuration and business-process design across:

○ Oracle Sourcing Cloud

○ Oracle Procurement Contracts Cloud

○ Oracle Supplier Portal

○ Supplier Qualification Management, where applicable

- Run discovery, requirements-gathering, fit-gap and solution-design workshops.
- Translate sourcing and supplier-management processes into Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Configure sourcing processes, supplier-facing workflows, approvals and procurement contracts.
- Support supplier onboarding/registration and Portal business processes.
- Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, user stories and test scenarios.
- Lead/support SIT, UAT, defect management and cutover.
- Partner with technical/integration teams around interfaces, conversion and reporting requirements.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to business stakeholders throughout implementation.
