Role Description We’re looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating current business and building relationships with commercial property owners, restaurant operators, and business decisionmakers throughout the GTA.

Your responsibilities include

- Prospecting new commercial clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals
- Scheduling and conducting site visits
- Preparing and presenting service proposals
- Following up on leads and closing recurring service agreements
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM




- Representing the True North Pest Control brand professionally at all times
- Manage relationship with the clients you onboard
- Visit local businesses in person to introduce our commercial pest management services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively generate and close opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to support long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain services and address customer questions.
- Previous experience in outside sales, field sales, or door-to-door sales is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of residential pest control services or home services industries is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Comfort with working outdoors and visiting multiple properties daily within the Markham and GTA area.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
