This Senior Property

Manager position is based at The Park in Headington, Oxford, comprising 374 student beds. You will coordinate daily community operations while supporting leasing targets, property standards, resident welfare, and financial performance. The role includes collaboration with regional, marketing, human resources, university, and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate annual renewal leasing campaigns with regional partners
- Organise resident events with university and community contacts
- Maintain pristine property conditions and security protocols
- Deliver team meetings, coaching, onboarding,



and performance reviews
- Manage budgets, notices, evictions, and accounting compliance Requirements:
- Experience overseeing on-site property or accommodation operations
- Strength in leasing, marketing, and public relations coordination
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop on-site employees
- Understanding of financial, legal, reporting, and vendor processes
- Ability to support students and refer mental health concerns Use operational leadership, leasing coordination, budget control, and student welfare skills across Almero Student’s Oxford accommodation.
