Clear Work provides mobile occupational health services to employers across BC. We’re a WorkSafeBC-authorized Industrial Audiometric Business (IAB #436), with a 5.0 Google rating and more than 400 reviews.

We’re looking for someone to visit construction sites in Vancouver and Burnaby, meet site supervisors and safety managers, and help book on-site hearing testing.

The role

You’ll introduce a service construction crews already need. For eligible employers in WorkSafeBC classification units beginning with 72, hearing testing is paid for by WorkSafeBC. We’ll train you to explain the program, check eligibility and discuss any applicable mobile or travel fees.

You make the introduction and help secure the booking. Our team handles scheduling and testing.

What you’ll do

- Visit active construction sites in Vancouver and Burnaby
- Speak with supervisors, safety managers and foremen
- Explain our mobile hearing testing service
- Gather company details so our team can confirm coverage
- Coordinate bookings with our scheduling team




- Keep clear notes and follow up with interested contacts
- Follow each site’s visitor and safety procedures

What we’re looking for
- Comfortable introducing yourself and starting conversations
- Reliable, organized and willing to follow up
- Valid BC driver’s licence, a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
- Available during weekday daytime hours
- Your own steel-toed boots
- Construction, safety or outside sales experience is helpful, but not required

We supply a safety vest, helmet and jacket.

Pay and benefits

- $25/hour, paid biweekly
- $4 commission per worker tested at sites you bring in, with no cap
- Mileage reimbursed at 73¢/km
- $50/month phone allowance
- 8–12 hours per week, with adaptable daytime scheduling
- Part-time employee position with a T4
