As a Parts Advisor, you are a knowledgeable and trusted ambassador for Somerville Hino. You take pride in understanding customer needs and matching them with the right parts solutions.

Work Schedule & Shifts Monday to Friday: Day Shift Deliver exceptional customer service with honesty, fairness, and professionalism Verify receiving documents for accuracy and completeness Ensure accurate billing and invoicing to maintain proper inventory control Organize, stock,



and maintain parts inventory Participate in bi-annual inventory counts (mandatory unless circumstances dictate otherwise) Maintain cleanliness and organization within the parts department and shop Inform customers of current promotions and specials Complete required HMC online training modules within assigned timelines High school diploma or post-secondary education Minimum 1 year of parts inventory experience (automotive or aftermarket experience preferred) Ability to learn and use company-provided software systems Strong customer service orientation and communication skills Inventory control experience We are a family-owned business that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.
