Woodstock Chrysler has an immediate opening in our busy parts department!

The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide excellent customer service, possess strong attention to detail, well-mannered phone skills, and computer experience. PBS and Star Part experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are seeking an employee who is looking for long-term employment and is an ambitious self-starter.

Job Responsibilities:

- Issue parts and accessories to technicians from the parts counter.
- Utilize the phone and internet to source availability and prices for parts.
- Provide delivery service of orders when necessary
- Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
- Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter.
- Maintain customer back order file.
- Counter sales.




- Handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Other duties may be added as necessary

Essential Requirements:

- Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
- Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
- Team oriented.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
