Position Overview:

- Lead the team to excel at customer service.
- Inventory control; purchasing, vendor returns, managing stock levels, obsolete inventory and maximize manufacturer booking programs.
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
- Facilitate teamwork with all other departments.
- Understand and track market trends.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
- Lead and monitor manufacturer training requirements




- Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.

Successful candidate must:

- Love to work and be apart of successful team

Other important skills:

- French would certainly be a robust asset
- Be able to work effectively without constant supervision
- Have a strong inventory management background
