Job Summary

Vancouver Airport Taxi & Transfer Service provides reliable airport transfers and ground transportation across the Lower Mainland. We're the first point of contact for travellers arriving in Vancouver, and our Passenger Services Agents make sure every booking starts and ends smoothly. We're looking for friendly, organized people who can deliver great service from behind the screen.

As our Passenger Services Agent, you'll handle passenger bookings, inquiries, and coordination from your home office. You'll confirm reservations, coordinate driver assignments, track airport pickups, resolve service issues, and keep travellers informed. This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in the Lower Mainland to coordinate effectively with drivers and handle local time zones and airport operations. If you're calm under pressure and excellent with people, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming booking requests by phone, email, and chat
- Confirm reservations and coordinate driver assignments with dispatch
- Track airport pickups and monitor flight arrivals to adjust scheduling
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve service issues promptly




- Maintain accurate booking records in our reservation system
- Communicate updates to passengers and drivers in real time
- Support billing, refunds, and basic administrative tasks

Requirements

- 1 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or hospitality
- Excellent phone manner and clear communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Comfort with booking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stay calm and prioritize under pressure
- Quiet, reliable home workspace
- Knowledge of Vancouver and Lower Mainland geography is an asset
- Availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay: From $26.25 per hour
