We're looking for someone with good Qi? We might be looking for you!
We believe a great acupuncture clinic is about more than needles and treatment rooms. It's about people, connection, positive energy and creating an environment where patients feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
Every interaction contributes to the Qi of our clinic, and our Patient Care Coordinator plays an important role in keeping that energy flowing.
We're looking for someone who is warm, intelligent, organized, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people. Someone who can keep several things moving at once, notice the little details, anticipate what's needed and stay grounded when things get busy.
So, what kind of person are we looking for?
- A people person: You love helping others, have excellent customer service instincts and make people feel welcome.
- A quick study: You're bright, observant, curious and able to connect the dots. You catch on quickly and enjoy learning.
- Organized and detail-oriented: You take pride in keeping things clean, tidy and running smoothly. You take ownership and follow through.
- A great communicator: You're confident and articulate on the phone, in person and in writing. You listen actively, express yourself clearly, communicate proactively and believe that good communication is at the heart of a healthy, well-functioning team.
- A team player: You're emotionally mature, respectful, accountable and understand that healthy working relationships matter.
- Reliable: You show up, honour your commitments and can be counted on.
- Tech-comfortable: Scheduling software, email, text, phone systems and payment terminals don't intimidate you. We'll teach you our systems, but you need to enjoy learning technology.
A little about the position: This is a combination of patient care, front desk coordination and administrative work, with room to grow into a leadership role.
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
- Approximately 18–28 hours per week, with a consistent schedule agreed upon together.
- Evenings and weekends required, with possible day shifts.
- $18–$22/hour, depending on experience and skills.
- Free acupuncture treatments as part of your benefits.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a must.
- Ideally available to start within a reasonable timeframe.
- In-person position.
The Energy Behind the Needles We're a team of people who care about what we do, how we work together and the experience we create for our patients. We value open communication, accountability, curiosity and a willingness to keep learning.
We believe a healthy clinic starts with a healthy team. That means supporting one another, sharing ideas, navigating challenges together and bringing positive energy to the workplace. We're human, we're not perfect, and we believe there's always room to grow.
We take pride in creating a welcoming, thoughtful and supportive environment for both our patients and our team. After all, we're here to make the world a little better, one acupuncture treatment and one patient interaction at a time.
Does this sound like your kind of Qi?
If so, we'd love to hear from you!
Please email
[email protected] with your resume, cover letter and answers to these three questions:
- In 3–5 sentences, why do you think you're a positive fit for this position?
- In 3–5 sentences, what interests you about working with our clinic?
- In 2–4 sentences, tell us something interesting about yourself. We'd love to get to know the person behind the resume!
Important: Only applications that include all three answers, a resume and a cover letter will be considered. We look forward to meeting you and discovering what kind of Qi you bring to our team!
