As Manager, Actuarial, you will lead Intact Insurance’s Operational Performance Analytics team supporting operational excellence, productivity, growth, and service quality. You will oversee personal lines projects, contribute to strategic planning, interpret actuarial analysis, and develop team capabilities. Lead national personal lines projects within Operational Performance Analytics

Support strategic planning and oversee team execution

Formulate recommendations from actuarial reports and analysis

FCAS or FCIA designation considered an asset

Minimum seven years’ experience, including management or coaching
