Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and meals for restaurant service.
- Cook food according to kitchen requirements.
- Prepare food for the night fridge
- Open restaurant and prep for the daily routine
- Handle food safely throughout preparation.
- Keep food preparation organized to support kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to help meals reach guests smoothly.
- Qualifications
- Food Safety certification a must
- Fundamental: Food preparation, cooking, food handling and food safety.
- Fundamental: Meal preparation.
- Preferred: Kitchen experience.
- Preferred: Restaurant or food service experience.
- Preferred: Serving or familiarity with the food industry.
