Key Responsibilities

- Hire, develop, and coach banking centre employees
- Encourage timely resolution of client complaints
- Maximize market opportunities with business partners
- Advocate CIBC within the community Requirements:

- Experience developing strategic team goals
- Current Mutual Funds License and positive standing
