Job Overview The Personal Support Worker (PSW) provides respectful, practical support that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives. The role includes personal care and household assistance, with support tailored to each person’s needs and routines.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily caregiving and senior care, including support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Help with meal preparation, cleaning, and home care tasks to maintain a protected, comfortable environment.
- Support medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Observe and communicate relevant changes in wellbeing to colleagues, helping ensure consistent, responsive care. Your impact: thoughtful support helps individuals feel safer and more comfortable each day.

Skills Required:



Practical caregiving skills, patience, clear communication, and attention to individual needs are important for providing respectful daily support and following care routines. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, disability support, dementia care, medication administration, meal preparation, cleaning, or home care experience can help you adapt to varied settings and contribute confidently to coordinated care.

Pay: $17.93-$20.00 per hour
