Lead pharmacy experience transformation at Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto, using strategic project and change management expertise across retail pharmacies.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Pharmacy Operations and Clinical Excellence, you will shape pharmacy practice across Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaw, and Pharmaprix. This full time position focuses on patient and colleague experience, retail pharmacy operations, Design Thinking, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop vision for patient and colleague pharmacy experiences

Lead initiatives improving retail pharmacy efficiency and experience

Align stakeholders on strategic pharmacy projects

Manage planning, milestones, risks, resources, and change

Develop processes, training,



communications, and project handovers

Requirements

More than five years in pharmaceutical or retail operations

Exceptional project and change management skills

Strong retail pharmacy operations knowledge and business acumen

Understanding of Design Thinking principles and applications

Pharmacy degree and HealthWATCH experience considered assets

Shape retail pharmacy transformation through strategic execution, stakeholder alignment, and experience improvement across Shoppers Drug Mart’s network.
