Physiotherapy Assistant (Full-Time) — Thrive Physio and Performance, London, ON Job title: Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) Location: Thrive Physio and Performance, 11 Base Line Rd E, Unit 1, London, ON Job type: Full-time, permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday (clinic hours) About us Thrive Physio and Performance is a growing physiotherapy clinic in south London specializing in TMJ, concussion, and vestibular rehabilitation, alongside general orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy. We are a small, close-knit team that values patient care, learning, and a supportive work environment — and we're looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant who wants to grow with us. The role You'll work side-by-side with our physiotherapists, helping patients through their treatment sessions and keeping the clinic running smoothly day to day.

This is a hands-on role with real patient contact — ideal for someone who enjoys an active day and being part of a patient's recovery.

Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists with patient treatment sessions (exercise supervision, modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, heat/ice, and traction setup) - Prepare and clean treatment rooms and equipment between patients - Greet patients, help with intake,



and support front-desk tasks when needed (scheduling, answering phones) - Maintain clinic cleanliness and laundry - Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and on track with their home exercise programs What we're looking for:

- Diploma in Physiotherapy Assistant / OTA-PTA program, kinesiology degree, or equivalent experience in a clinic setting - Friendly, professional manner with patients of all ages - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a busy clinic and work well within a small team - Experience with exercise instruction or patient handling is an asset What we offer:
