Power Platform Analyst-Programmer (must Need French Speaking candidate)

Context: Project Background & Strategic Objectives

Continuous improvement and consolidation project: The organization has established a foundational structure within M365 (Power Automate, Forms, Lists, Power BI) to create a single entry point for managing its project portfolio (tracking phases, notifications, etc.). Current State: The existing solutions were built by non-experts. While the system functions at a basic level, it lacks robustness, optimization, and governance.

Power Automate Analyst-Programmer Position

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—specifically Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists—to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in advancing an ongoing automation initiative.

Mandate: Provide technical expertise to the team to consolidate existing solutions and support their evolution. Key responsibilities include:

Analyzing, validating, and optimizing existing Power Automate workflows and automations, with a specific focus on robustness, maintainability, and ease of administration.





- Support the implementation of remaining automations across the various Microsoft 365 tools used for managing requests and the project portfolio—specifically Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Lists, and Power Automate; - Assist in the design and setup of Power BI dashboards to leverage portfolio data and support tactical and strategic management; - Evaluate the use of Power Apps, where appropriate, to simplify or improve specific interfaces and processes; - Propose areas for improvement and solutions tailored to the constraints of the organization’s Microsoft 365 setting;

- Document the chosen configurations and solutions, and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure the team can maintain and evolve them independently.

Asset: Experience with a similar mandate in another organization;
