Nordique reservations at the front desk by phone or email Enter treatments into the designated software Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal, due to the nature of tasks or interactions with colleagues, partners, or clients across Canada – a major asset Experience in customer service Enjoy working with the public and maintaining a friendly approach Group insurance partially covered by the employer for full-time employees
