Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional, including project planning, scheduling, resource and cost management, baselines, and reporting.
- Experience in project management methodologies and practices, ideally with hands-on experience managing projects in engineering, construction, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, train, or coach adults, with clear communication skills and the capacity to explain complex concepts in a practical, accessible way.
- Comfort with remote delivery tools and e-learning platforms, including virtual classrooms, screen sharing, and learning management systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP or Primavera-related credentials) and a degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline are highly beneficial.
- Robust organizational skills, reliability in managing full-time remote responsibilities, and a learner-focused, inclusive teaching approach.
